How long’s the wait?
We know time is money, so we’ll get your items printed and shipped to you ASAP.
For a first-time order, we’ll need 6 to 9 weeks from artwork approval to get the goods into your hands. This includes 2 weeks for printing plates, 2 - 4 weeks for production and 2- 3 weeks for shipment.
How long will the products last?
All Let It Rot products are designed to degrade naturally and quickly. While this is awesome for eco-credentials, it also means products have a short shelf life. Don’t hold on to them in your warehouse or stockroom for too long! Depending on the storage conditions, they’ll start breaking down within 12 - 15 months.

Our compostable bags are designed to break down naturally, typically within 3 to 6 months in a home composting environment. However, decomposition time may vary depending on factors such as temperature, moisture, and microbial activity.
What is the minimum order quantity for wholesale pricing?
When you order a lot of our biodegradable mail bags and check-out bags, we give you big savings. For bulk prices, our lowest order number is 100 units. We want to meet all of your needs while giving you the best price possible. Please get in touch with us to talk about your needs!

How long will it take for my order to ship?
We know how important it is to get things to you on time, so we make and ship your items as quickly as we can. For the first order, please allow 6 to 9 weeks from the time the design is approved until you receive the products. This time limit covers two weeks to set up the printing platters, two to four weeks for production, and two to three weeks for shipping.
Are your compostable bags certified for home AND commercial composting?
Our compostable bags are Australian certified for both home and commercial composting. This means they meet the Australasian Bioplastics Association (ABA) standards for industrial composting facilities and can also safely break down in your backyard compost bin. Composting times may vary depending on composting conditions, but our bags are designed to decompose quickly and completely without leaving any harmful microplastics or toxins behind.

Costs vary depending on the product and quantities, and there's also a one-off template fee of US$110 per colour. Please get in touch for a quote on your bespoke order.
Once we’re all locked and loaded, we’ll need 50% up-front to secure your order, and the remaining 50% when the goods are on board with our freight forwarder.
